Abstract
يتناول المقال الصلات العلمية والثقافية التي ربطت حواضر الغرب الإسلامي ببلاد شنقيط خلال العصرين الوسيط والحديث. ويركز على مسارات انتقال المعرفة والتفاعل بين المدن العلمية في المغرب العربي وبلاد شنقيط وتمبكتو، وما أحدثته هذه الصلات من تحولات معرفية ومذهبية وسياسية. ويبرز المقال دور الطرق البرية وحركة العلماء والكتب في تكوين شبكة حضرية مترابطة، أسهمت في تأسيس الهوية العربية الإسلامية بالبلاد الشنقيطية وتعميق حضورها العلمي داخل فضاء الغرب الإسلامي (*).
