Abstract
يدرس المقال انتشار السكن العشوائي في مقاطعة تفرغ زينة، رغم طابعها العمراني المنظم، وعلاقته بالهجرة الداخلية والأنشطة الاقتصادية الصغيرة. ويحلل العوامل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والإدارية التي دفعت بعض الوافدين إلى إقامة مساكن غير حضرية قرب فرص العمل والخدمات، مثل الفقر وارتفاع أسعار العقار وضعف الرقابة والتخطيط. ويعتمد المقال منهجا وصفيا تحليليا مدعما ببيانات ميدانية ودراسات سابقة، بهدف تفسير دوافع الظاهرة وصلتها بالمشاريع المدرة للدخل، واقتراح توصيات تحد من تفاقمها (*).
