منطقة الساحل والصحراء: عوامل التأزم ومعوقات الاستقرار

Abstract
يحلل المقال عوامل التأزم ومعوقات الاستقرار في منطقة الساحل والصحراء، انطلاقا من تداعيات الأزمة الجزائرية وانتقال جماعات التطرف العنيف نحو شمال مالي. ويتناول تداخل الإرهاب والجريمة المنظمة والتهريب والحركات الانفصالية مع ضعف الدولة والهشاشة الاجتماعية والسياسية. كما يعرض أثر انهيار الجيش المالي وسيطرة المتمردين والتدخلات العسكرية الدولية في إعادة تشكيل المشهد الأمني. ويخلص المقال إلى أن استمرار الأزمة يرتبط بطبيعة المنطقة الجيوسياسية، وبشبكات المصالح غير المشروعة، وبقصور المعالجات الأمنية المنفصلة عن الأبعاد التنموية والاجتماعية والسياسية.
